Delivery is quoted separately to ensure the most secure transport for your specific pieces and location. Following checkout, our team will calculate a dedicated delivery quote for your approval.

Within 1–2 business days, a sales consultant will contact you directly to review your custom selections, finalise delivery arrangements, and provide regular updates as your furniture is prepared.

Our lead time to manufacture your order will be between 6-8 weeks, excluding delivery time.

Delivery is quoted separately based on the volume of your order and its final destination.

We entrust our deliveries to specialised, independent logistics partners with whom we maintain longstanding relationships. To ensure the seamless and safe arrival of your furniture, please take note of the following terms:

Standard Offloading:  Standard delivery includes transport onto your property grounds. In-room positioning, multi-story placement, or specialised installation must be pre-arranged directly with your sales consultant prior to dispatch.

Site Access & Clearance: Please ensure clear, unobstructed pathways (including adequate clearance through doorways, stairwells, archways, and gates). Delivery teams retain full discretion to decline maneuvering pieces into spaces deemed hazardous, in which case items will be offloaded in the safest available space.

Arrival Inspection: Please thoroughly inspect all pieces upon arrival. Any visible outer packaging damage, product defects, or order discrepancies must be clearly noted on the delivery waybill before signing. Transport damage not recorded at the time of delivery cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Prompt Resolution: Should your order arrive damaged or incomplete, please notify your sales consultant immediately via phone or email so our team can resolve the matter swiftly.

At Chelsea Garden & Home, we offer an extended 14 calendar day return window from the date of delivery for items that are completely unused, unassembled, and in their pristine original packaging.

Please note that custom-made pieces and clearance sale items cannot be returned unless proven defective. **Natural timber weathering or hairline surface cracks on solid Iroko wood are normal characteristics rather than manufacturing faults.
