I ordered a Hertex rug from Chelsea Home & Garden. The one I wanted was sold out everywhere else and it turned out that they didn't have stock either, and would only be getting more a few weeks later at a higher price. Meagan was so helpful navigating this unfortunate situation and she really went out of her way to accommodate me and provided a lot of alternative options. In the end I got the rug I had hoped for at the cheaper price and it looks amazing. Thanks Meagan for honestly the best customer service in memory.

Good craftsmanship on locally produced furniture. The showroom at CG&H will give you a great idea on the range available and Meagan is highly knowledgeable on all the elements of each range. There are a variety of finishes to choose from to suit your needs.

We bought a pair of beautiful chandeliers from CG&H about a year ago and had a small issue with them recently. They responded immediately and rectified the issue gracefully. I highly recommend CG&H - not only for lovely products but especially for their professional service.
